Meet Our Founder
Paul Dipede

Paul Dipede has spent most of his career as a General Counsel for mid to large scale general contractors in the construction industry. Paul advises his clients on all corporate and commercial matters. He specializes in reviewing, analyzing and drafting construction contracts ranging from large P3 government contracts to standard construction subcontracts. Where required, Paul also advises on insurance, labour, employment and commercial leasing issues. Paul has been in the construction space as a General Counsel since June of 2016.
